I selected this company after looking through their menus and emails back and forth with them scheduled a tasting , I show up and they forgot( hour commute to them) they apologized and said they would bring the tasting to me the next day but they never showed up I texted emailed and 4 hours late I called again and they responded with oh yeah sorry we were busy with another event ? !?! I asked them if this is how they usually conduct business because it makes me concerned and he hung up on me. BEST IN TOWN!
Danilo's Southern Kitchen provided excellent service! We were within two weeks of our event and pressed to produce an elegant anniversary dinner for our church ministry.
Chef Dani was immediately available at each phone call, email, and inquiry that I made during the process of selecting our caterer. The pricing was excellent and there were add-on options for drinks, servers, etc. During the event: There was adequate staff, who were pleasant, extremely professional, and managed our event seamlessly. The food selection was more than adequate, well-seasoned, and loved by everyone in attendance. Chef Dani's team was prompt, efficient, and worked diligently to accommodate every need of the guests. We will be using this caterer going forward as they have an extremely large selection of menu items to handle all of our needs for any type of event. Our Pastor said we're never going back to a restaurant again. The setup and breakdown were seamless and they made sure to handle every aspect of the function, there was minimal work required from the hosts team. THANK YOU!

I recently attended event catered by these folks, and the food was absolutely amazing. Plentiful, no cut corners on flavor or seasoning just because it was a pretty large event as sometimes happens with other caterers. Every single one of the options, including some vegetarian ones, was very well and thoughtfully prepared. Service was spotless and friendly as well. I hired Chef D for my travel-themed 50th birthday party and he was amazing! I wanted to have food that represented four different countries and Chef D was great about putting together different options. He prepared a menu that represented food from Jamaica (jerk chicken, rice and peas, plantains), the US (southern fried chicken, cornbread, summer salad), Thailand (shrimp pad Thai) and Mexico (steak fajitas). Everything, I repeat, everything tasted amazing! Chef D’s ability to cook such a varied menu and do everything so well was impressive and gave my party the international flair I was seeking! Chef D was incredibly accommodating and answered all of my questions and responded quickly to my requests. He showed up for the event on time and had everything set up and ready to go before the first guest walked through the door. He was so friendly and his staff members were wonderful too! He brought to go containers which was perfect because EVERYONE raved about the food and took a container to go. You know you have a great caterer when there isn’t a drop of food left at the end of the night 😂 His pricing was so reasonable and less than the cost of many other caterers I spoke to. But this was a true case of getting great value and much more than I paid for! I wanted my guests to enjoy the food and they definitely did (as did I). I would use Chef D again in a heartbeat! If you’re looking for a talented chef who is friendly, professional, flexible, accommodating, easy to work with and offers great pricing, Chef D is your man. Hire him today!
