They are super helpful, nice and funny! They will answer all your questions and more and actually hold a conversation. They have now been out to my house 3 times (we are first time home owners). The first time was to help get our gas system up and going for inspection for the city. Second time was for a plumbing emergency which happened to not be an emergency but they were there the same day within a couple of hours of my phone call.
