What do you love most about your job?
I love the look in my clients eyes when they ask me a question or share a concern and come up with the responses on their own which empowers them to know that they had the answers all along. This creates trust within themselves and in their abilities. Another reason, is when I am about to complete an assignment the client realizes that it was all a piece of cake and not as complicated as they thought.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I witnessed executives and professionals just like you and me in the workplace unintentionally hurting themselves and others due to the lack of poor leadership skills, no healthy coping mechanism, no self-awareness or empathy for others. When I witnessed a nurse at her breaking point and burnout shaking a patient to pieces. I knew it was time for me to further my research into the world of Human Resources which led me to the concept and Emotional Intelligence which then paved the way for me to offer my services to give back and help business owners and professionals.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My services are all remote and whenever I do in person speaking events; we safely keep folks at a safe distance, provide sanitizers and mask for those that want it.
