From CA and in town for a family medical emergency. Traveling with our King Charles, we were lucky enough to find Dakota Pet Services on Yelp. We were so fortunate to meet Debbie and Courtney. Â They proved to be exceptional in meeting our (sometimes) last minute requests. I can't give a higher recommendation than to say you won't be disappointed. Debbie was absolutely amazing with Our 1 yo lab mix Rocky for ~ 1 wk stay. We immediately felt at ease upon entering her dog friendly and inspired home. She was patient integrating Rocky with her own delightful corgies and the other dogs there. The outside area is safe and secure and the dogs are welcomed to sleep inside as they please. Debbie's customer service extended above and beyond as she texted us updates and pictures. We highly recommend her services to others. More...

Debbie has been our dog sitter for our 2 Golden's for at least 3 years. One of my Golden's is on meds twice a day every 12 hours (seizures) and Debbie/Dakotas's has been a lifesaver giving her her meds and helping her to eat when she gets finicky. We have kept our dogs at her home for up to 2 weeks when we have gone away and would not trust anyone else with our dogs. Her family is wonderful and trustworthy, and she has a beautiful dog friendly backyard for playtime. Highly recommend, if it were not for her and her family we would not go on vacation due to our dogs special needs! More...

Dakota's Pet Services is amazing! My rescue Bella, was afraid of everyone and other dogs. Debbie made me feel comfortable and was willing to take Bella into daycare and overnights. Not only did she reassure me, Bella is happy and tired when I pick her up! Also, I was handed the sweetest Thank you note for bringing my Bella to them for care, the first time. Debbie genuinely loves all the dogs she cares for. You can't beat in-home pet care when you're away on vacation. No kennels, just individualized care based on your dog's needs. Here, your dog gets to hang on the couches and beds like a member of the family!She once lovingly cared for my geriatric Great Dane who was incontinent and could barely walk (for a week!).
