I have tried out three different coaches in the treasure Valley. I suffer with severe arthritis in my neck and I have three vertebrae‘s that are bone on bone. When I met Joe I was a bit doubtful that he could help me because I had already gone through three trainers. With the other trainers I only lasted 2 to 3 weeks and was in severe pain. I've known Joe Daily for many years since he was a police officer however we lost touch for a little while during which time I had a stroke losing the entire left side of my body, when I ran into him again he said that maybe he could help me, so I went to see him at the gym and told him I don't think there's much of anything we can do, without skipping a beat he said, I bet we can! And with that we've started working out together a couple of times a weekwhile he sings and dances and jokes always happy to be helping me even when I tell him I say I cant, which is not an option with Joe!
