So awesome, we used him twice! Chef Damon catered our neighborhood holiday party with about 70people. The food was amazing and the guests left raving about everything that came out. We requested a light fare and he curated a beautiful passed hors d'oeuvres menu. He was easy to work with, prompt and very reasonably priced. His staff was also wonderful. I also had him meal prep my small thanksgiving dinner since I was working that morning and the food was insanely good and saved me a ton of time. Thanks Chef Damon! More...

Chef Damon provided a flawless luxury private birthday dinner for my husband and I at our home. I expressed that I wanted a steak house vibe, with some lightness and romance. I'm a busy mom, but I wanted to make my husband's birthday something he would remember Chef Damon created a menu that blew us away: Appetizer-grilled shrimp skewer with chimichuriFirst course-Blue cheese wedge with tomato, chive, bacon and blue cheese crumblesEntrée- Sous vide Prime NY Strip, lobster, tarragon mashed potatoes, haricot vert with garlic and lemon, port wine reduction Everything was sooo good! Fresh and flavorful! My husband is a foodie and really appreciated how Chef took time to tell us about his fresh ingredients that he shopped for, and how he prepared each dish. WOW! Chef Damon is out of this world extraordinary--his food, his energy, his service, his vision all made our event absolutely magical. Every moment throughout our 4 day retreat was filled with delicious food -- from the best French toast I have ever eaten (best frittata too), to the best salmon and chicken tacos. Chef Damon brings more than food, he brings heart and warmth and dedication. We were nourished body, mind, and soul!!! Plus he customized our menus, always showed up early, and communicated clearly throughout. Not to mentioned he also cleaned up, with such thorough attention to detail I was blown away. My life was made SO MUCH EASIER with him as Chef, I didn't spend a single second worrying about the food..:because he had it handled 100%! I wish I could give him 25 stars! Last night we worked with Damon of D1 and Only Personal Chef for a private dinner for 4 here in our home,  and based on our experience we  would give him many more stars if possible!  He is one of the finest personal chefs we have worked with, and a wonderful and thoughtful person, full of great ideas. I couldn't recommend Chef Damon more!He worked with me to create a custom menu for my dinner party of 12. Throughout the booking experience Damon was communicative, thoughtful, and truly the epitome of a consummate professional. All that and the man is a magician in the kitchen!! We finished the night with steak and lobster and it was an absolute slam dunk!Chef Damon's positive energy and upbeat personality really set him apart. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
To create the perfect menu for our clients, we gather as much info as possible regarding the type of event and client preferences. We use this information to craft a custom menu that is influenced not only by our skills as chefs, but by the individual taste of our clients as well!!!
What do you love most about your job?
The part I enjoy most about my job is the satisfaction I receive, at the end of my workday, knowing I am contributing to creating a moment that will live forever with those who I am blessed to share!!!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my business during the pandemic.
