David Bond was our repairman and he was prompt, knowledgeable and very nice. My husband and I were very pleased with him. He couldn' ;t find anything wrong with our furnace so he told us that he wasn't going to charge us for a service call yet ( this happened on a Friday) that we should wait through the weekend, watch the furnace and see how it acted and he would call us Monday. We had no further trouble and he called on Monday. We told him that The Beast had behaved itself fine. He said that since the furnace was so old ( it's a General Electric furnace over 50 years old) that it would have its odd quirks now and then. He said he would send us an invoice and if we had anymore trouble with it to call him. The Beast continues to run fine. We were very pleased with David's help and if the furnace acts up in the future we will definitely call him. Deanna and Michael Enzweiler I mistakenly left this review for the wrong business.
