Over the years, I have visited multiple different group classes ranging from Zumba to CrossFit and I have never had such a great workout. Beyond the personalized attention and education provided by knowledgeable staff, the class was FUN! Well worth the 30 minute drive to be a part of a friendly class. I would encourage this place to any and everyone. More...
