What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The secret to taking a great headshot is making your subject feel relaxed. I enjoy learning about my subjects career, schooling, travel, hobbies and more.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Some questions I usually ask a client are: What are the photos being used for? Do you have a day picked out? Do you have a schedule for the day? Do you need retouching? Do you have a budget?
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and expanding everyone's network.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business from my parents. My dad was a home builder and my mom was a math teacher in the small town I grew up. They're retired now, but there were many days and nights I can remember them sitting at our dining room table helping out a family with their home plans.
