By far the easiest vendor we worked with while planning our wedding!! Trixie was super fun to work with and had so many great backgrounds / designs to choose from to customize our photo booth print designs! They set up early and had fun with our guests the entire night! Loved all the props they brought and everyone had such an amazing time :) They also gave us the downloads the night of the wedding!! Trixie and Ryan are rock stars for their customer service! They were super easy to work with, responsive, on time -- everything went smoothly and was a dream. I highly recommend supporting this business -- I took a chance never having heard of them and they totally delivered. The whole process was easy and they kept us on time, on schedule and on budget. Such an awesome company!!! We booked a photobooth, bartending & Dj package. Celeste the bartender was so sweet, very friendly & made exactly what my guests asked for. She is so amazing mixing drinks. She even helped us set up our cooler drinks outside in my 20 mins of crunch time before our party started!! All of my guests loved Dj Garcia & danced the entire night. He was very nice and was also very flexible setting up an area in my small backyard. I sent him a playlist prior to the party which he played plus he read the crowd so well and played so many other great party and dance songs. Julian who set up the photo booth was also very sweet. He made the photo booth area so much fun. He allowed me to make a last call to take photos prior to him leaving and was kind enough to stay a little bit longer than booked for my straggler guests. All 3 of them came early which was a huge stress relief!! Trixie was extremely thorough & quick to respond to any questions I had leading up to my party. I can't wait to book again!! Thank you!!! Had a wonderful experience working with Trixie and Ryan. Â Our school used their services for an event. Trixie was prompt, responsive and well organized. She was great with communication and incredibly reliable and helpful. Â Their DJ, photographer and photo booth services were well run. Never thought I would take covid into account when writing a review, Â but it was a plus that they were all vaccinated, Â willing to wear masks for throughout a 6 hour event in 90 degree + heat and kept up a cheerful mood throughout the whole thing. Â DJ Garcia gets props for finding a wide array of music that was appropriate for young age groups that still kept the older kids and adults moving and Carmen our photographer took great pics and delivered them one week later exactly, as promised. I was looking for a photobooth for husband's formal 50th birthday party. Â Out of many photobooth providers out there, I chose Cupkeyk based on the many positive reviews and I'm soooo glad I did! Â Pricing was very reasonable. Trixie and the crew provided top notch service. Â From day 1, communication was on point. Â Trixie was very responsive with my edits to get the photo template just right. Â I even decided to add on photography services as well. Â Cupkeyk provided not 1, but 2 photographers! Â The planning process was very smooth. Â The team arrived on time, set up was as specified, and execution was flawless. Â Our guests had a blast with the photobooth and fun props. Trixie and her team were fabulous. They were quick and succinct with information and provided the most delightful services (we booked the DJ + bartender). Bartender Celeste, DJ Garcia and photographer Carmen were amazing and delivered beyond our expectations. The drinks and music made the crowd go crazy. Trixie and Ryan were great! The arrived on time and with lots of props for the photo booth. They were easy to work with and very engaging with us and our guest when taking photos, which I enjoyed. Trixie and Ryan are the best!! I wish I could give them more than 5 starts. They are great people and their service is above and beyond. Trixie was great at responding to a few initial questions and the booking process was quick and easy. They do personalized photo designs with fun graphics that match the theme of the event. Great prop selections also. They showed up and setup on time and even let me take a few test shots before the party started. We had a blast taking photos in the photo booth during our event.
