LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!! We have been using them since our dog was 12 weeks old, and they have always been amazing. They always leave detailed notes on how our dog is doing that day or if they notice any unusual behavior. You can tell from their notes just how much they care about your dog and it makes you feel so wonderful to be leaving them in such good hands! Every time we need them to come at the last minute or we change plans and don't need them, they have always been unbelievably accommodating and kind. We found Cupid Pets on Care.com.  They saved the day by watching our two boys for the weekend while we took a family camping trip. The home visit and agreement was set literally one day before we left (dog sitting hero's!).  We have bully breeds and didn't anticipate the 90 degree weekend that VA had out of no where a few weeks ago.  I just love their kind, personable, and detail oriented attitudes. They are so thorough, I swear they spend the same out of hired time writing out their adorable summary briefs that are left with each visit. My pet needed meds, all of which was also taken care of. I have decided to hire their services for bi-weekly mid-day walks to help my boys get some extra exercise. This company is unbelievable easy to deal with. Highly recommended. Cupid Pets have been petsitting my deaf Eskie for well over a year and he just loves them. When we have to be out of town, they are there when they say they will be - take pics of him with them and send them to me. I feel very secure leaving Teddy in their capable hands. I trust them completely.I once was on crutches and called owner Kim Perez one day before, asking her could she walk my dog next day because I couldn't. She said sure; next day Teddy practically threw himself into her arms. Because he remembered her and was all like - "Let's go!"Can't recommend them enough! I have used Cupid Pets on multiple occasions over the past 18 months and am extremely pleased with the compassion and tender loving care that Kim gives to my cats, Josephine and Bear. She is very attentive to them and I have complete trust that when I'm gone, they are in good hands.Bear is a stocky, 17-pound tiger kitty (a recent addition to my household), but despite his size, he's a big baby, and will run and hide whenever somebody "new "enters my house. But Kim has a way with animals that draws them to her. It took only a few days, but eventually, Bear came out of hiding, sat on her lap and even allowed her to brush him! That was truly amazing and made me really happy!  However, Josephine, my 15-pound calico, was probably not as happy because that meant she would have to share Kim's time with Bear. But not to worry...Kim had plenty of love and attention for both of them! When I'm out of town, Kim will text me photos of Josephine and Bear and before she leaves for the day, she leaves behind notes regarding each day's visit. She will also water your plants, open/close the blinds, or pick up your mail if you ask. Cupid Pets is absolutely amazing!  As other reviews have noted, they just truly LOVE pets and want their customers to be HAPPY.  The things they do to make my life easier are incredible, from delivering dog food to our house to texting us when we are out of town to let us know what's going on with our dog.  They do 2x weekly walks for us along with having done longer-term overnight care.  They leave detailed notes for us each time they come, and Autumn (our pup) is always truly happy to see them.  It's so nice to know the person caring for our pup when we can't loves her too. Kim, Bruce (and I would imagine the rest of the staff) really love what they do.  They have not ever cancelled due to weather or for any other reason.  They are reliable, kind and customer service oriented. I've used other pet sitting companies before, Cupid Pets has to be the best out of them all.  Kim has provided excellent service for my two dogs.  One of my dogs walks more with her than with me and it always takes a bit for them to warm up to new people but it took them no time to like her.  Kim also responded to all of my requests/time changes in a timely manner which is great.  I would totally recommend this to anyone in the area who is looking for pet-sitting. I cannot say enough good things about the owners of this company!  They are true-to-heart dog lovers (animals, actually)!  I have 6 rescue animals and am very protective of them .  When I need to leave over night, I like someone to stay in the house with them.  I have used other companies and no one compares to them.  They clearly are in the business first and foremost for love of animals, the business part is secondary!  When I was away, Kim returned my many texts and sent me pictures of them.  After that experience, I gave her my key to keep full time and am so comfortable knowing that I can leave my dogs and cats under the care of these animal lovers.
