We've worked with Anthony twice now and are completely in love. Anthony is professional and communicative, and always on time.
There was a slight mix up with the first catering order, but for our second one, he went above and beyond and we could not have been happier with the turnout and of course the taste of the food. Everyone was asking about it! That's how you know it's good.
Not only do they do a classic bbq feast, but they also have wings to my understanding! We cannot wait to host a "Wing Wednesdays" for our employees after it was such a big success at the holiday party.

Understanding the persons needs is very important. What type of event is it ? Who is it for? Location.
All these things help make a great menu.

Being able to give someone what they want instead of what’s best for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
They joy of cooking and satisfaction on peoples face after tasting my food.
Cooking comes natural to me, so the best thing to do was to get educated on it and pursue it.
