Matt is approachable and knowledgeable. My journey into strength training started with Matt in a power lifting and kettlebell class format. From day one, he made me feel comfortable in class. He redirects and makes corrections in helpful ways and I feel like my fitness regimen has been transformed because of Matt's teaching style. I help my clients achieve there fitness goals through personalized training programs to fit there personal schedules & work life which must be taken into account. I speak with clients daily, weekly to gage how they are doing mentally, physically during the week to understand what is working or isn't working.

Consistency, consistency, consistency! As long as you stay the course, keep putting in the time to achieve the desired physical shape you want it will happen. The other part of the secret is allowing yourself to still be a human to enjoy good food, drinks & having time to relax from the training time you've put in the gym.

Hands down the answer has always been helping people! I love teaching clients the importance of living a healthy life through an active lifestyle to change there perspective about health & fitness. Being able to see the physical transformation clients make is what being a strength trainer is all about!

They should choose me because I've been in the their shoes before when looking for direction & motivation to lead a healthier life. I was a husky kid growing up always playing sports with my school league to stay active, being outdoors with my neighborhood friends riding our bikes all day but still I felt something was off with me. As I started to get older I realized that being active & eating better was a major factor in helping me lose weight but also gain self confidence in my appearance. In high school I started working with a trainer during off seasons to gain strength to prepare myself for the following season, this in turn lead to my interest in training. Through college I started to study & intern with trainers, coaches to build my own training philosophy to impact other lives like mine had. I've been through the ups & downs of training so I know what it is like to be unmotivated during the week, to achieve the results you've always wanted or simply just need direction in your own fitness journey!
