Serge was AMAZING. The best chef I've gotten to do a private event and a creative private chef for an event. Easy to work with - I sent him a very generic brief of what I was looking for and within 2 messages we were perfect and he was able to come 48 hours later. My family tried this at Lone Oak Brewery. Overall it was very good. The sweet potato fries were fantastic. The plantains were very good. The BBQ pulled pork special was very good. I tried their burger which was disappointing. The burger itself was very badly overcooked which was the single disappointment. Honestly, it seems the burger had been sitting there for a while or they cook them ahead of time. It was not a freshly cooked burger. Chef Serge prepared and outstanding 50th birthday dinner at our home for family and friends. Â It was a pleasure to deal with Chef Serge and his staff and the food was outstanding! Â We consulted with him on the menu and he offered great suggestions and was willing to modify our menu to include items that everyone liked. Â He and his server came in to a clean kitchen, prepared, cooked and served the food and left our kitchen spotless! A good friend of mine hosted a brunch on Saturday afternoon. I was absolutely blown away with the quality, speed and professionalism of Serge and his staff. I felt like I was at a black tie event at the White House the service was that good, I'm not even exaggerating.I wish I could post pics of the food, but I forgot. The brunch consisted of made to order omelettes, French toast that was out of this world, fresh bacon and sausage, these amazing has browns that were absolutely divine and the presentation was killer! They also served GUACAMOLE DEVILED EGGS that were just pure absolutely delicious!There was an amazing watermelon salad, shrimp salad, and a few other amazing dishes!Just when I didn't think things could get any better, out came trays of some of the most tender and well marinated steaks you could imagine. I'm a garlic lover, and they were drenched in delicious garlic and herbs!That's about all I got for the review. Please believe me when I tell you that I've traveled the world in the gourmet food business and I know when something is very special such as Pure Kitchen (PK).
