I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and positive. The training and encouragement to push harder has helped me feel stronger faster than I ever could on my own.

Dropped in for a couple weeks and was not disappointed! I've been to over a dozen different CF gyms and this one does an excellent job with the quality of instruction, cleanliness, and equipment. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely be back! More...

Crossfit PAX is great! I drop in here from time to time when I travel. I love the huge ceiling fan, it really keeps it cool in there even though the coaches are hawt, especially Calvin! I can't wait to go back!

I dropped in for a day in January 2016 and the coach was very friendly and knowledgeable. The members had a great attitude, which contributed to a great atmosphere. Nice gym, good equipment... I was very impressed. Free first day drop-in for experienced crossfitters, too. Keep doing your thing, CFP, and thanks for the workout. More...

Knowledgable coaches and a positive, encouraging environment that fosters growth and constantly challenges you, whether a casual athlete looking to improve their lifestyle, a serious athlete looking to improve their skills, or someone who just wants to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The entire staff was supportive of me during my pregnancy and has helped me bounce back post partum. I'm happy to call CrossFit Pax home. More...

Fantastic box!! I started at CrossFit Pax after 7 months at a CrossFit in Kennesaw GA (moved because of job) and I love it! ! Very friendly and accommodating for any level of athlete. For years I've done next to nothing for mobility problems in my right shoulder stemming from lifting too heavy in my late teens and 20s. The type of lifting I was doing at the time caused me to need one acrimoplasty and then I suffered a SLAP tear in my labrum. I had seen some Olympic lifts but didn't figure I would ever do them and stopped doing anything I had done overhead about 15 years ago. Now I'm finally getting targeted PT so that my shoulder will eventually be able to move to where it needs to be for Oly lifting. All of the coaches work with me to give me programming that achieves the fitness objectives without putting my shoulder in a bad position before it is able to take it and I am able to work toward doing Oly lifts by doing PT at the same time. So don't hesitate to do CrossFit at "the bunker" just because of your past injuries and/or fitness history. You are robbing yourself of a great life changing opportunity of you do!u More...
