Chef Felicia exceeded my expectations. She brought my vision to life and executed it so perfectly. From the setup, décor, personalized menus, to the most delicious food that touched our souls. Our Friendsgiving celebration was just what I dreamed of and if I could, I would give 10 stars. She is the only chef on Bark who responded to my request and I’m glad she did. We were so incredibly fortunate to have had the pleasure of happening upon Chef Felicia's catering at a colleagues retreat. When I reached out we had no less than five different food intolerances and even more general preferences, but you wouldn't have known it by the amazing meals Felicia curated. The scent alone brought us all to the table while the taste made us thankful it was served buffet style when we all lined up for seconds. We hired Chef Felicia to help us through a very busy year. Each week Felicia would arrive with her magic cart, turn our kitchen into a wonder, pack up and leave everything sparkling clean. Felicia is incredibly organized. We are a family with many food allergies and her comprehensive intake forms covered all of our allergies and food preferences. We actually saved money because Felicia's method of shopping for high quality ingredients is very efficient and we stopped dashing out the door for dinner. There is something very special about opening up your refrigerator and finding 20 freshly prepared meals to support our busy lifestyle. When our sons would come home to visit we would ask Felicia to prep a few extra meals and no one was ever left hungry! I highly recommend Chef Felicia. More...

First of all, it is a pleasure to have Felicia in my home . She is upbeat, calm and I always look forward to seeing her. She cooks in my kitchen and leaves behind wonderful aromas for the remainder of the day along with a very clean kitchen.
I originally brought her on board because I was at a loss for making meals. It is NOT my thing! So, once she started I breathed a sigh of relief as I no longer had to worry about planning meals. There is however an added benefit. We now eat HEALTHY meals every night (healthy and delicious) since that is the menu we have requested. An added benefit, I lost the extra 10 pounds I had gained at the beginning of the pandemic, without trying. The meals are satisfying and I never have that “overstuffed” feeling. Here’s the drawback, When Felicia goes on vacation (well deserved vacation) I resort to take out and restaurant food. It is expensive , a waste of money , and I inevitably end up with a stomach ache as I’m no longer used to greasy food. With all this being said, I recommend Felicia highly . We hired Felicia to cater our first Board Retreat. She was phenomenal! Showed up early and had every delicious meal stunningly laid out by the time we were ready to eat. She was also extremely flexible - didn't blink when our numbers fluctuated and the dietary restrictions changed on a dime. Either via email or text, she got back to me quickly. Her meals we elegant, healthy and so good!! The end of each meal was filled with awe and applause for Felicia. She is truly professional. And very sweet. So easy to work with. Chef Felicia has prepared excellent whole food plant based meals for us with no meat, dairy, oil, salt or added sugar. This is not an easy task yet she has been creative and clearly done her research on meal options that exist. Felicia prepared weekly meals for our family for several months while my wife and I were stretched pretty thin by work. We had a complex set of requirements and she consistently delivered delicious meals for all of us. Felicia catered a surprise party at my house last night and did an absolutely incredible job. From planning to preparation to presentation, she handled every detail and helped make the event extra special. And as a host it took all the pressure off of having to worry about food. Felicia came well in advance to prep everything we needed, and during the party took care of all the details of refilling and managing the buffet table. A huge bonus! Chef Felicia recently catered a family birthday celebration with 12 guests in our home. To use the word cater, is an understatement! She thoughtfully planned our menu with several revisions, pivots, and hard turns, landing on the perfect selection of appetizers and main dishes. She prepared the food fresh in our kitchen with flawless execution and serving! Felicia also full prepared, decorated, established place settings, and fully prepared the buffet space with a professional eye and care for the entire party. We just had a pitch perfect thanksgiving meal prepared by Chef Felicia. Food was delivered warm, and everything was delicious. Some wonderful turkey, a sweet potato casserole to die for and all the things you expect for a thanksgiving dinner- but ELEVATED!
