What’s your signature dish?
All my dishes are signatures because they are all unique.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
To create the perfect menu for clients I spend time getting to know the culinary needs and preferences of the clients , cuisine prefered, dietary restrictions, food allergies, budget consideration, religious influences, and more. I love having these conversations/ consultations because they help me better know my clients and give me insights for the creation of their menus.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the ability to transform something good into something that is so amazing that all our senses are on fire!!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I come from a long line of amazing cooks and chefs.
In my early career path, I wore a different type of white coat taking care of the medical and Healthcare needs of patients, however my true passion was food. Officially when COVID 19 forced the world to come to a stop almost, I decided it was time to do what I was pationate of full time, therefore I hung one white coat and picked up another one but this time I would be catering to the culinary needs of my customers.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As a catering and personal chef, I get to meet and mingle around a lot of people. That is why in order to protect my clients and myself, I have kept all my COVID19 vaccinations current with all boosters, and have also implemented more strict sanitation routines in general (more frequent hand washing, wearing mask at clients request, keeping sick staff at home, etc). We take the safety and well-being of our clients, staff and myself very seriously.
Food Catering
We offer food catering services for small and large scale events, corporate events, weddings, birthdays and anniversaries, personal dinners, luncheons, brunches, funeral repast, and more.
