The mission of Creative Bodies LLC is to make a difference in the lives of adults and youths, primarily through a professionally-supported, one-to-one relationship with a caring knowledgeable trainer, and to assist them in achieving their highest physical potential, by providing committed trainers, current/ comprehensive fitness instruction and standards of excellence.

Monte's talent goes well beyond that of a personal trainer. He is, in essence, a physical therapist. I was in a serious automobile accident a few years ago and has been instrumental in my recovery. He's a great resource and a heck of a nice guy. More...

I had suffered with hip pain for months until I found Monte almost a decade ago. As a swing dancer, it was becoming a big problem. He was able to diagnose which muscles were causing the issue and helped me improve my muscle balance, flexibility and strength.
