How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We listen, understand the desires and try to link the desires with the personality and culture as well. Sometimes listening can go further than just pitching. In some cases we'll build a menu so unbelievable, you just can't pass it up!
What do you love most about your job?
Learning cultures, trying new foods, experiencing the world, understanding how things work, listening to the sounds of different countries and so much more!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Greg starts CRE8AD8 in 2007 with just $4,000 after being able to take so much in from Victoria's Secret, FedEx and UPS over the years. he knew that he could take ideas he created, developed, inspired, designed, innovated and more to new levels, but he had to do it under his own company, not someone else's, so he did. To date, we've managed over $100,000,000 in budgets and in the last 3 years have consistently grown to 33 offices around the world.

We could say a lot of fluff here, but simply enough...we have the experience, knowledge, understanding, credentials, personalities and report with thousands of vendors globally. We have private clients snd Fortune 5 clients. We've earned almost 100 awards in 15 years. We're the ONLY event company that stayed OPEN during COVID and continued to grow when others never reopened. We prepared for the worst and it paid off for us...not a single other company planned ahead. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow any guidelines and mandates as required by law or requested by clients. We operate as a fully open and free small/minority business. We do not force or compel our clients and guests to do anything unless local/state/federal law require us to.
Event Management
Full service event management from start to finish including financial and legal responsibility. This can include meetings, incentives, corporate events, private events, group travel and more.
Wedding Planning
Full service wedding planning from start to finish including financial and legal responsibility by a Certified Wedding Planner and Consultant. We offer full service, day-of and select service options from a Certified Wedding Planner with no less than 5 years experience.
Destination Wedding Planning
Full service destination wedding planning from start to finish including financial and legal responsibility. We are IATA Accredited (the only one on Bark) and are legally allowed to book travel, lodging, cruise, ground and other trip details as well as manage and build itineraries.
We are Certified by over 30 countries as their experts in destination events.
Being IATA Accredited means we've been researched, referenced-checked, rated, voted, reviewed and had to be recommended by fellow peers who must submit in writing we are the experts in what we do. This is the highest global recognition for any travel agent and destination wedding planner. If they don't have an Accreditation, they may not have any legal right to conduct business outside the USA.
Don't risk your special day to someone who is not certified and/or accredited.
Travel/Transportation
We are a full service transportation and travel agency specializing in group travel. We are IATA Accredited (the only event/wedding company on Bark) and offer a full suite of services from travel, event/incentive/wedding planning, production, lodging, site selection/negotiation/procurement, legal analysis, and so much more.
We also have our own transport options from limos, shuttles, luxury vehicles, exotic vehicles, aircraft, watercraft and other fun vehicles for rent anywhere in the world.
If the pro isn't Accredited by the globally recognized IATAN, they many not get the results and offers you deserve.
Catering
We are a full service licensed and insured caterer. Our Head Chef, Iverson, hails from the US Olympic Team and Sundance Film Festival with a focus in healthy and medical related food products. He leads a team of 8 Chefs at CRE8AD8 for our food and beverage needs. We offer base selections from $25/pp to the absolute unique which can go for $1,000+ per person depending on your desires.
