This was the best chef service hands down! We we’re looking for a good meal in our condo in Miami during our vacation. Jay was quick to respond, had amazing suggestions designed around our needs. Her menu was so amazing we hired her for brunch the next day! All of the food was carefully prepared, served in courses and the flavor was EXQUISITE! Mango Shrimp ceviche, Caesar Salad, Chicken, Shrimp, Sausage Jambalaya w/Collard Greens & Strawberry Cheesecake dessert! Best meal of our entire trip! For brunch they served chicken n waffles with seasoned potatoes, scrambled eggs with cheese and cranberry mimosas. It was simply divine! What’s your signature dish?
It's funny that I got this question because its something that I have been asked over and over. I don't currently have a signature dish. I enjoy preparing seafood based items as well as items from the Caribbean culture.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Creating the perfect menu for my current and future clients is very simple and easy. We mix their expectations and desires with a little bit of my pizzazz and that is how we come up with an amazing menu.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting and working with new people is what I love most about this job. The second thing I love is being able to turn my passion into a career.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My father was the reason I wanted to start my own business. Frankly he introduced me to cooking and from their inspired me to think bigger. He is always behind of me 100 percent and he is one of my biggest supports. Don't think I would be where I am today without him and my mother of course.
Why should our clients choose you?
Why choose me? This is a very powerful question. All I will say is I am very confident in myself and my work and I will see to it that we meet and exceed all of your expectations. I will let my food do the talking.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
The only service currently that we provide remotely and/or online are our consultation services. This would include a client and employee conversation about a potential catering opportunity. Outside of this, everything is done on site.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our business was created right in the heat of Covid-19 on a leap of faith, so we already had protocols established for that. For example, we have implemented sanitizer stations for everyone. We also do give out color coded wrist bands in order for everyone to understand the comfortability levels of everyone at the event.
Wedding Catering
An amazing wedding is not complete unless you have an exceptional caterer. We aim to provide an amazing experience through our food. This service can be book for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and the actual day of the wedding.
Corporate Catering
Companies, on a daily, are hosting executive meetings to introduce a new product, employee, or just simply a staff meeting and need food catered. Our chefs are here to create and provide the best dishes that fit your event.
Special Event Catering
This type of catering is for events such as birthdays, baby showers, wakes, religions milestones, and so much more.
Personal Chef Services
Our personal chef services mainly consists of meal prep drop off or coming to your house and cooking for you for the week. This includes shopping for the groceries, prepping, cooking, and secure storage of a variety of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Private Chef Services
This service is done in the comfort of your home or venue of your choice for up 20 people. During this time, food is prepped and cooked right before your eyes. This is our way of letting you into our world. Private chef services are typically a four course plated meal. Buffet style can be requested if you prefer that type of service.
