How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
To create the perfect menu for our guests, we get to know our clients and what their needs are. From there we curate a menu that speaks from our kitchen to their hearts. Let us build a menu with you, not for you.
What do you love most about your job?
Cravin’ Creole prides itself in pleasing palates one taste bud at a time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We formed Cravin’ Creole to bring the best of the South and Nola cuisine to the West Coast and Las Vegas in general. We wanted to bring authenticity to the city and showcase our cuisine for how it should be presented without any shortcuts or smoke and mirrors.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our clients over the years love not just the food we prepare, but the overall experience of being in Louisiana without having to fly there! We will leave you literally Cravin’ Creole! We want to change the perception of food trucks as people know them, and bring a mobile kitchen experience like no other.

We have many options for our food truck, and want Tom share with the world. From our online spices rubs and sauces, to weekly meal prep options and private cooking classes, we offer more than just your standard food truck does.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow all COVID19 protocols and safety precautions as we are licensed with the state, city, the prior jurisdictions as well as permitted through the Southern Nevada Health District for being up to code. Everything we offer is individually served and packaged unless otherwise specified from our guests for large catering dropoffs or events.
