Chef Matty is a REALLY nice guy. And the food was totally acceptable. Our issue came from his team's inability to accomodate food allergies, despite having spent the weeks prior communicating our guests' needs. My pregnant friend was fed unpasteurized cheese. My vegetarian friends were served meat. My friend with a tomato allergy was (frequently) served tomatoes. Crafted Kravings is probably great for groups who can eat anything. But for those with allergies and dietary restrictions... I cannot recommend hiring them. More...

I first used Chef Matty McFleen last year where he catered my birthday party. He did a phenomenal job, food was great, service was amazing! About two months ago I started with him on his prepped meals he started doing for health nuts like me! Needless to say, once again Matty never seems to displease with his superb professionalism, great food, and 5 star service! If you haven't hopped on this train yet, it's definitely time to! More...

Excellent! Â Chef Matty is legit. Â He showed up early and began prepping. Â He immediately served us a great Vanilla Old Fashioned cocktail that he made himself! Â Our Surf and Turf dinner was excellent, great flavors and all food was cooked perfectly. Â To top it all off, he's a great guy and loves what he does. Matty is an amazing chef. He exceeded  our expectations from the crab stuffed mushrooms, amazing mushroom risotto, sweet potatoe spinach salad with pine nuts, lobster and filet with a very flavorful demi glaze, then to top it off a decadent dark chocolate lava cake. Wow wow!!! Enjoyed Matty and Freedoms company, very down to earth, enjoyable evening and can't wait to see them again and taste his very satisfying wonderfully prepared food. More...

AMAZING!!! BOOK with Chef Matty NOW! He's a rockstar. Totally made me look really good in front of my company. We hosted a multi day corporate retreat and Chef made a lobster tails and chicken Marsala buffet dinner with a bananas foster dessert, and the next morning was a champ and prepared a waffle bar at 7am for the group of 30! Best of all he was SUPER great to work with. As some one who grew up in the restaurant industry and been around chefs her whole life, I can't tell you how refreshing it is to meet and work with a true professional who can cook up a storm and also be SO enjoyable to work with.
