We’ve used this company for several events at this point and I somehow keep forgetting to review them. This first time I used them was for a 45th birthday celebration and we were absolutely blown away! The flavors in their food are incredible and they have continued to listen to what I needed and bring their great food to a couple more events I’ve had over the past year. What do you love most about your job?
From Chef Matthew - As an Army veteran, I appreciate the dynamic, but flexible work environment that being a catering entrepreneur provides. No two days are the same, and I love that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am passionate about the culinary world, but I find that working in restaurants often limits a chef's ability to be creative with their dishes. Chef Alexander and I work directly with each client to custom tailor their event's menu.
