I’m super disappointed that I am writing this today. Corey Kennedy was one vendor I was really excited to work with. We had several discussions about what we wanted and he was very flexible with our budget and while most of the photos we got back from our wedding were lovely there were a lot of issues with the basics like our photos with our families and whole wedding party. There were shadows (including his own) in several of the wedding party pictures. There was very little direction given and at times he even seemed irritated. After viewing our photos I reached out to him to let him know what I was unhappy with and never received a response. Hi Ashley, Apologies on getting back to you so late after this was written. About a week after the wedding my uncle passed and it being right around the holiday season it took a toll on the family. I always give the full photo to clients without cropping to ensure they can print at any size of their choosing because 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 20x30 etc. are all different sizing and can cut off parts of a photo that would otherwise be kept. I also advertise no photoshopping because my pricing does not include the editing in and out of what would otherwise be a reflection of the day in whole and why there are other vendors typically involved like hair and MUA. The delay with the wedding guest having a heat stroke pushed everything back by about 1 -1.25 hours which was unfortunately out of my control. Please remember we plan coverage to deal with events on the day a certain way, so when the sun set an extra hour or so because of this delay, I had to try and make up time that would not have otherwise had to be rushed to ensure we still captured what you asked for (couple photos with the car being your top priority). During weddings, direction is/was given for party/family shots, but I do not know family/friends nor am able to gather them for you as well as take the photos and always make sure to have someone in the party designated as the person to help with your dress as well as gathering the family. I know we had some issues with the bridesmaid staying around to help so that responsibility shifted a few times throughout the day. I am very sorry you were disappointed I was unable to reach back out to you a few days after the initial text, but I hope I have addressed your concerns here with this update and have acknowledged your concerns. What an incredible experience working with Corey!! Corey responded super quickly and was so flexible with us even though I changed location and the event time a bunch of times. He gave great input and opinions about our event, to make sure our photos came out awesome and overall was a really cool guy. My fiancee and I (and our families) felt really comfortable and it was so nice to see the candid shots of everyone genuinely enjoying themselves.

Wow wow wow.......i mean just wow. Corey was the best we could have asked for on this special day. All pictures taken were amazing and i mean every picture. Corey did everything is his power to make sure we were satisfied and overall made the experience fun and enjoyable.
