Classes for all levels and also different level options are offered with each class. There is no reason to be afraid “I might not be good enough”. No gain if you never begin. Do it for you! The staff and members are awesome people! More...

Core Connections studio is amazing! It is full of terrific, knowledgeable and caring instructors. Many different classes to chose from. My favorite classes are the yoga classes but the Pilates and Barre classes are pretty great too! When I am able to attend class regularly i am a much happy person...physically and mentally.
