Congreso Cubano absolutely rocked our rehearsal dinner in New Orleans. We hired their team after meeting Ricky on a random pedicab ride. We had never tasted Congreso's food before, but it was easy to see Ricky was passionate about his trade. Ricky was so patient to work out the details with us for our destination event.
