What inspired you to start your own business?
Therapy is demanding, and long-lasting change takes time. I began my practice to provide the time and space needed for clients to embark on their unique journey with a trusted guide.

I'm an enthusiastic practitioner, and I'm curious about people and their stories. I value the clinician/client relationship as an integral part of a positive outcome.

I do offer virtual sessions using the HIPAA-compliant platform Telehealth by Simple Practice.
Virtual sessions are available Mondays and Wednesdays and weekday evenings except for Fridays.
I do not take insurance but will provide a Superbill as an out-of-network provider.
