Slow setup time and disappointing equipment that definitely needs an overhaul. I expected better from this NYC business. There are better options.

Solid joint for various sized rehearsals. The help has been increasingly better trained as the years pass. Kudos to Management! 🤟

Quality equipment, helpful staff, reasonable rates. A little more expensive than the cheapest studios in town, but better quality. It's worth the extra if you're doing anything more than beginner lessons. More...

Trashy disorganized dirty studioThere was a water bug in their bathroom.Narrow hallwayEquipment is not properly tested/set up for clients. Trashy, racist and rude "manager".Very unfriendly, unpolite, rude people run this establishment. If you can call it that. Its very obvious that they have a clear bias and rude misdemeanor towards minorities.Unironically enough All the staff were white (there was no ethnic diversity) At least not when I was last thereThe producer that I hired said that he understood and got the vision for my music at our 1st meeting. After I paid him he informed me that he did not understand what I wanted to do with my music after showing him my composition and lyrics. When I spoke to one of the staff about this they were very unprofessional, hostile, and rude when speaking with me.I then asked to speak to the manager. The "manager" was even worse and started screaming at me over the phone. These are Disgusting ,trashy, low down, racist, scum who treated me, a paying client like trash. It seems that it is mostly minority clients they treat in this manner.Maybe if you are pure white with blue eyes and blonde hair you may get a better experience with these people.Note: This is my experience going to this studio a few years ago.
