Awesome staff and facility. Our dog loves going to daycare and I rest easy knowing he will be in good hands when we need to board him. Coddled Critters is awesome. We have had our dogs groomed and been at daycare over the past 2 years here. The employee's know and recognise our dogs, we know they are safe and they come home with a report card. Highly recommend.

A month ago I never would have imagined that I could take my 2 year old and 2 dogs on a walk without going insane! Just taking my girl alone was a task. She consistently pulled, ran in each direction, stopped and barked at everything. Today I took all three of them on a walk to pick up my oldest from school by myself. She didn’t tug. I was able to hold her leash and push a car holding my 2 year old with one hand! I could not be more impressed with what this girl learned with just 10 days with Tiffany. Tugging on her leash, nuisance jumping, nipping, and just plain not listening we’re a daily struggle with this pup. She’s not perfect by any means and we still have to work with her daily so she knows that just because she is home now the rules haven’t changed but the transformation has blown me away! If you struggle with your dog listening this is the place to go. I got to watch her play on their online cameras, Tiffany taught me the commands and how to continue to teach my dog appropriately when I went to pick her up, and answered all of my questions. From the caring, kind, and competent staff, to the spacious facilities, to the convenience of being right off the freeway, or Coddled Critters has it all. 10/10 would recommend! We initially were looking for a training program for our Shepherd/Malinois mix and found out that they do FREE CONSULTATIONS WITH YOUR DOG and went right in! We so enjoyed working with Tiffany and the other trainers there, and loved how soft and fluffy and handsome our pupper came home after having the ultimate bath there. We took our Dog to Coddled Critters for a 10-day board and train program with Tiffany. We LOVED every part of it. Our dog Sarge is a Shepherd/Malinois mix, so he is a LOT of dog. He’s also a rescue and was newly adopted into our family at the time so I was nervous. However, we had nothing to fear, our puppy LOVES coddled critters and gets SO pumped when he gets to see the staff there. He learned so much, and we learned so much and we get stopped all the time by people wanting to know where we trained our dog. 10/10 would recommend! On way to pick up my dog and I know he will have been well taken care of. I have taken him there for 7 days, 3 years now, and every time he has come home happy and very tired from playing all day. I love the webcams! It is so fun to watch him interact with all the other dogs and to see how well they are watched. There is always someone in there with them to supervise. Our dog, Bo, loves this place. We drive from Clearfield and it’s worth the time/drive. We recently started with their boarding services then used their grooming and day care. All great experiences so far. Today I picked up Bo from their doggie daycare and he refused to get in the car. He kept circling back to the Coddled Critters door to go back in. I won’t lie, it hurt my feelings :). We love that it is separated into 3 areas based on dog size, well ventilated (if you’ve ever dealt with kennel cough, you’ll especially appreciate their setup and ventilation), someone is with the dogs at all times, and they give you a report card when you pick up your dog (my daughter LOVES this). We did the 10 day board and train and all of the trainers there were amazing! Tiffany, the head trainer definitely knows her stuff and loves what she does and the dogs she works with. I have been taking my dog to Coddled Critters almost every weekday for a few years now. He loves playing, has never experienced any problems and he considers all of the staff as approved safe people. Because he is people picky, I am a little protective over the people he approves of. Today I witnessed one of his people having to deal with a rude lady who was mad because of some confusion with a grooming appointment. I was proud of how well the staff member dealt with this very rude lady who allowed herself to get so upset over a miscommunication in scheduling an appointment and chose to take it out on an innocent girl sitting at the front desk. I personally have not used Coddled Critters, however their dog trainer Tiffany is amazing! After doing a lot of research on different dog trainers I found Tiffany. She was the first one that I had consulted with who actually showed me exactly how my dog would be trained and treated. We did a 2 week board and train with her, and I was worried that our puppy would hate it or miss us. However she loved Tiffany! Our dog went from a little rambunctious puppy to a well behaved dog. People thought she was a service dog and she wasn’t even a year old yet! The best thing I liked about Tiffany’s training is it didn’t change my dog into a robot, she still has the same great happy go lucky personality she’s always had, she’s just well behaved now too! Coddled Critters is the absolute best! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We had an unfortunate experience with a dog sitter we had hired who decided to bail on us two days into our trip. So while we were over 1000 miles away, we had to find alternative boarding for our dog, on a Sunday, two days before Christmas. Needless to say I panicked a little, but then we found Coddled Critters! They came to the rescue and were a complete life saver - I called them right up, explained the situation, and they worked with me over the phone and made things so easy. The staff is so nice and you can tell they really care about the pets they take care of, and their families. They took wonderful care of our Ella. I loved that they had webcams so we could check in on her, and even got a cute hand written report card about how she did during her stay, with a decorated Christmas cookie to go! We are so glad we found Coddled Critters, and will absolutely be bringing her back for doggy daycare during work days, and for boarding for all of our future travels. Thank you Coddled Critters! Chipper loves Coddled Critters!! Every time we walk in the door his tail is wagging and he’s jumping up on the employees and could care less when we leave. He loves playing with the other dogs his size and he’s always been well taken care of here. He’s also gotten a few haircuts and baths here and the groomers have done a great job with him. The staff at Coddled Critters is great, and really look after my dog. I've been taking my Am Staff mix there for 2 years, and she loves going there. The staff really takes an interest in seeing that her needs are met, that she has fun, and is safe. The owner is committed to making sure that any concerns are communicated to the owner, and they give you a daily report card so you know what went on with your dogs day.
