What’s your signature dish?
At Coastal Flavors all of our dishes are packed with flavor. Our signature is a dish I like to call Crab Cake Dirty Diry.
Pan Seard Crab Cakes on a bed of Dirty Rice served with Coastal Corn. Its mmm mmm good!

What do you love most about your job?
I love to cook food for your soul. The most impactful part of my service are the smiles (that's why we do this).
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my business to share my passion with the world food is a way to embrace each other and spend time with one another my mission is to change the world one dish at a time.
