Q&As

What I love most about my Coaching program is, I've experienced the same pain and I had to walk through my journey as well in a healthy way. I love helping others get to the transformation and healing from their pain and trauma.

The death of four loved ones in a short span of time. My parents three months apart, then a son who was murdered and a brother who died from a heart attack. I realized many individuals are grieving through some kind of pain and they need tools, resources, a listening ear, community and a plan of execution for transformation and healing. I wrote a book about my experience and connected the Coach Me Forward Program to it for those seeking help in any area they have experienced pain and feel stuck.

Grief goes beyond losing a loved one, many grieve relationships, jobs, businesses, food, pets, etc..it goes on and on. Pain is not prejudice, it happens to us all.

Grief is a profound and deeply personal experience, and finding the right tools to cope with it can make all the difference in the healing process. Coach Me Forward Program is a compassionate, dedicated and spiritual resource designed to assist both professionals and individuals in understanding and managing grief effectively and healthy. Our goal is transformation and a new beginning.
