We dealt with several people from closet factory including sales, design, and installation. They were all very professional, followed through on all issues, and we ended up very happy with the whole process and final result. Everything was performed on the dates promised. They provided the items needed to modify the closet from shelves to hanging space as promised. Saw the Closet Factory truck on RT-38 and decided to set up a consultation. Well worth the visit, as I ordered the remodel to my closet. The consultant, Alina went through everything with my wife and I and made us comfortable with what was an expensive decision. A couple of weeks later, Austin arrived and with a professional and courteous attitude finished the work of remodeling our closet. We did need to clear out our clothes and some of the old structure , but Austin was willing to help with the small parts I could not finish. Overall, for the level of service I received I'd definitely say this was a five-star experience. Despite the cost, I recommend everyone try out Closet Factory (they don't do only closets, btw)!. Absolutely love my new closet design by Brittany. She came out on a snowy day and went over everything with us in detail. She promised delivery on a certain day and she was true to her word . Joe, one of the installers was so professional. There was absolutely no mess left behind. During the 3 day install, Brittany checked in daily and made sure everything was going as scheduled. My wife and I decided to call closet factory after seeing their ad on Philadelphia Magazine. Once we made contact they were responsive to our needs and worked with us attentively during the design process of our projects. We wanted to do a piece for our mud room and one for our son's playroom. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work, customer service and flexibility to adapt to our schedule (we are both in health care so our schedules are hectic). The were little things here and there that needed to be refined or corrected and they were rapidly responsive to our feedback and fulfilled our requests without hesitation. From start to finish, I had a great experience with Closet Factory. When I called, I got a brisk response for a consultation appointment. I explained that I had a bit of a wonky closet with an HVAC running through it and pipes. I felt that my consultant, Brittany listened to me and reassured me that we could make it work and that she had done other closets in the past with “non-traditional angles.” All in all I had design consultations from three other closet outfitters and Closet Factory was the one who really listened and met my needs, offering the very best use of my space. Brittany was super patient and professional and provided me with a layout that was as comprehensive as my little space could hold. The cost was fair and competitive without me feeling being pushed at all. The install went smoothly within a very reasonable time frame promised to me at ordering. The installers were professional and tidy and even fixed some framing around an access panel they had to alter to allow for one of the units. They never complained about doing this and repairs it to my satisfaction. I would happily call them back for other projects and have already recommended them to the project coordinator that managed my renovation. I live in a town where homes have less than ample closet space so I know Closet Factory can take care of anyone and help them get organized! More...
