When I first contacted them I thought I was speak to HP. They tried to help me but when they couldn't they, Michael, told me that HP must have updated and it can not be done. I then called HP and they were able to do it. He also told me a price and said they would provide a service for all my computers and the printer for a price for 18 months. I then had a problem with office 365 and I got the same response that Microsoft must have updated and they could not do it. I called Microsoft and they were able to make sure my name appeared on my email at the top. This I time I spoke to Mike and he told me that there is another fee and when I told him that Michael told me that I was covered for 18 months he told me that this is something else. He also said that Michael does work there anymore. I doubt this since he did not check. I told him everything is everything. He disputed it. I would not suggest dealing with them. They agreed to give my a credit against my credit card but they would not. I had to contest the charge with my credit card co. to get it back. More...
