I have a MacBook Pro 2012. I spilled the entire contents of a water bottle all over the keyboard. After my attempts at getting most of the water to drain, using a hair dryer on cool (NOT recommended by the Pros), and then calling these guys the NEXT day (as I spilled it in the evening, and no, I did not have access to rice! lol), I took it in, and Lawrence took care of it for me. My video editing computers are big and complicated. Apple suggested I go to ClickAway to have them look at my iMac. It was getting confused with all my external drives attached - video files are huge. The techs at ClickAway really knew what they were doing. I couldn't afford to loose any of my projects or have the data jumbled. I got back a very nicely running mac and can get back to editing without messing around with drives and memory. They even delivered it since I was working and let's face it, a 27-inch iMac is not easy to carry, safely anyway. I would recommend them for any mac services. More...

My PC failed the day before I planned to transfer the data from XP to a new computer running Windows 7. A friend had used the services of ClickAway in Sunnyvale several times and always had a good experience. I live in Los Gatos so I took my computer to the Campbell office. Unfortunately, my backup process was not operating correctly so the data on the backup disk was not current. Borhan recoved all the data and set up my new computer with the Windows 7 data. In addition to recovering files, photos, and email, he also recovered the data on my Palm Desktop application and Quicken. After my new computer was setup, Borhan helped me set up internal, external, and remote backups. He is very knowledgeable and was very generous with his time in explaining things to me. I was referred to ClickAway by another company in San Jose when I needed warranty repairs done on my Lenovo laptop. I was very impressed by the attentiveness and knowledge of the service representatives, and even more impressed by the speed at which my repair was completed. I stopped by yesterday afternoon to have the part ordered, it showed up this morning, I took my laptop in, and within an hour, they had it ready for me to pick up. I was really happy with the quality of work and service. Their office is also pretty inviting.
