I love feeling like I've helped make a tough situation for clients easier. HR issues can be very stressful for both employees and employers and helping people find joy in their work or their business is what drives me every day.

Working with small and growing businesses provides the opportunity to find creative solutions with high impact on both businesses and the lives of employees. That gratification is much more meaningful than working on an enterprise level because it's so much more personal. I started my own business to allow my team and I to continue doing that on a daily basis.

Clearwater HR Consulting creates solutions that makes sense for the business. We going beyond just employee satisfaction and instead are business builders. We think about how to build scalable processes that will help companies grow more quickly and avoid the pitfalls that come from growing too quickly without the right infrastructure in place.

We are strictly a remote team. This allows our team diversity of experience in jurisdictions and allows us to provide a more effective experience on a national level.

As a remote team, we ensure we avoid exposing our clients to inadvertent Covid-19 risks. We also help business put Covid-19 policies and measures in place to navigate the confusing and changing environment that came as a result of the pandemic.
