Experience does make a good therapist. Always select a therapist with at least a decade of experience. Find the style you are comfortable with. Some therapists are great listeners, others are great problem solvers, and everything in between.

I am very direct and do not take sides. My goal is to get you to suffer less and enjoy life more, in the fastest timeframe possible. I am all about results and taking responsibility and consistent actions to be the happier, healthier you that you deserve to be.

My 12-week couples program makes it very obvious within a few sessions if the relationship is worth saving, and how to make it work, or how to part amicably.
