This is my second time using this catering service and all I can say is you will not be disappointed. The spinach dip and lobster tails are unforgettably tasteful! My guest wanted more :)

Clarissa and her team were amazing. I had a surprise birthday party for my husband and the guests loved the food. She not only took the time to help me to decide on what kind of food we wanted but at the end of the night they packed up everything we didn't eat so we could take with us. What’s your signature dish?
I actually have several signature dishes. My top three entrees and are;
1.) Breadcrumb Baked Chicken w/ cream sauce
2.) Lasagna w/ a twist
3.) Sesame Soy Salmon w/ brown sugar glaze
Desserts:
1.) Salted Caramel Bread Pudding
2.) Red velvet brownie squares
3.) Peach Cobbler
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
My suggested menu is always geared towards the theme. I encourage clients to have a variety of choices so all can partake and enjoy.
What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love cooking/baking and adding value to my clients special occasions.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My mom was a awesome chef. I grew up watching her serve others with joy. I was also inspired by my desire to feed the homeless.
