In a world that often feels unpredictable, confusing, and disappointing, I work to offer a safe place for the client to untangle disappointments and past experiences to experience freedom, wholeness, and lasting change. My goal is to help the client find freedom from shame, addiction, disappointment, anxiety, and depression through an integration of neuroscience, attachment theory, and a Christian worldview.
My hope is the clients would find freedom and emotional sobriety, while families would find healthy patterns by offering new perspectives, understanding, and strategies for change.
My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, addiction, grief, trauma, family of origin issues, attachment-based issues, and suicide prevention. My age makes me relatable for adolescents and young adults, whether they are dealing with addiction, behavioral issues, or phase-of-life problems and aid families in better communication.

He has flexible hours which helped me to not have to miss work, welcomes calls, and offers a variety of books that he's written himself which I personally found very impressive. More...
