5 stars for Dr.Trenkamp because she is an entity of knowledge, compassion, and integrity all in one package! I appreciate how she acknowledges my puppy through interaction, and how she comes down at eye-level to me (as the parent) to convey and explain treatment options in a way that makes sense to me so I can make an informed decision. My puppy had diarrhea and a bleeding toenail all in one week, and she recommended a treatment plan that would prevent further infection and help with the symptoms. As a new puppy mom, I am constantly worried and on high alert with my baby (I asked LOTS of questions on my first visit ), but she answered them all patiently and explained them thoroughly! I really like how they answer all my questions about my dog and they help me develop a plan for him. They were very quick to call with lab results and the wait is never that long for a no appointment based facility. I recommend City Line to everyone!

I love the facility and ease of taking my two dogs in. The staff are friendly and the vets are caring people. I love that when my dogs need shots or groomed, i can schedule them to play in doggie daycare too. My dogs love play time.I wish I would have gotten the video by one of the staff for Fritz hanging out in front of the fan chilling while others played. I know one of these times one of my two will be the video or picture of the day on Facebook...love their posts. More...

Our new adopted rescue puppy -- Lucky -- got sick three days after we got him. He was running a fever, wanted to sleep all the time and had diarrhea. Fortunately, City Line takes walk-ins. They saw us quickly, the vet was very nice, and she gave Lucky fluids, antibiotics, and tested him for parvo, which was negative. By that evening, he was wagging his tail and wanting to play, and he has been back to his puppy self since that time. We are very happy City Line was open on the weekend. I took my 9 year old Bichon in on July 8th. She had woken up with some discomfort so I waited until afternoon to see if she would feel better. Instead she was not drinking anything and hadn’t gone outside to the bathroom. With her weighing under 10 pounds I knew she was dehydrated along with her pain getting worse. I brought her in and Dr Hoyt was amazing with her. I was impressed with his diagnosis since he had never seen her before. The treatment was good and the price was comparable to other clinics. City line has been super helpful with all my issues with my dog Gustav. It might be as simple as a nail trim (which for gustav isn’t really simple) or figuring out his stomach issues. I absolutely love City Line! I take both my miniature poodle and goldendoodle there for day care and vet services. I have had nothing but a great experience with both! My dogs get so excited when I tell them we are going to daycare in the morning. And even when they have to see the vet, they aren't nervous like they both have been in the past at other vets. I was very impressed with Dr Hoyt. I spend two hrs prior to coming to him with another vet that was very unprofessional and didn’t take my concerns about my pregnant Great Dane that is due showing signs of labor with no puppies. Dr hoyt seen my concern shared his thoughts and plan in a professional and compassionate way that was very comforting. Two days later still waiting on puppies very big possibility I will be in tomorrow as soon as possible since still no puppies and past due. My last visit with my baby Lily was great! I walked in just before 5pm and the place was PACKED. I waited a bit, sure, but the doctor came to get me himself and apologized for the wait which I had no issue with to begin with. Everyone there needed some sort of care and they were no less important than my Lily. The doctor I see, Dr Hoyt, is very professional and tries his best to keep costs low. He called me to check on Lily after her visit, and gave me over the phone recommendations. I’ve never had a vet establish that kind of patient care before. I am very thankful to everyone there, as my initial visit was one of fear thinking I may have to say goodbye to my Lily. But the staff was very supportive and understanding of both mine and Lily’s needs. I will never go anyplace else, and intend to establish care for all of my fur babies. I might not be the biggest fluffy friend fan, but, I am a fan of generosity! I can tell you they've got it here. I came in early this morning to ask a favor. I'm the maintenance suoervisup from across the road and the plows had stuffed the snow too high for my car to get in. I stopped in to ask if I could park while I plowed a spot open in our parking lot and they had no problem at all with that. Dr. Hoyt is a phenomenal vet! He presented several options to treat my cat, was patient and listened to me as I asked a million questions, and was very personable! I loved how I was greeted when I first walked in and how quickly they saw me. Within minutes, I was in an exam room and Dr. Hoyt was in before I could even sit down. I was extremely impressed with how CHEAP my bill was too! I was so impressed!! Facility was also spotless. I would just like to extend a thank you to City Line Veterinary Center! They were so caring and compassionate during our visit this past weekend! They did all they could to help Pongo pull through and when it was decided it was best to let him go they helped make him (and us) as comfortable as possible. I was so upset when we left Sunday I left before they could do his paw print, they called us right away and allowed us to come back after they closed to do the impression. City Line Vet Clinic did an AMAZING job taking care of Zeus Nicely! We are not from the area and just moved here from Arizona and our two dogs got into a scuffle and had an abscess. It was swollen so bad his face was swollen. We went in and they gave us medication and then this morning it ruptured. As we got there they drained it, cleaned it, and sedated him. They also took care of us with the cost and worked around our budget! Amanda was amazing giving us the follow up care and she also treated Zeus. We couldn’t thank you all and especially the vet for AMAZING co workers and Amanda!!! for helping us deal with such a hectic situation. They seriously need to have more vets like this. They didn’t look at us like a number! They were understanding, helpful and amazing. We now will be taking our dogs to this clinic! For what this vet is worth they beat a 5 star rating!!!!!
