Cinegate Media is a professional video production company that crafts beautifully composed, captivating video content that drives action. Lead primarily by Robert Perez, we work with you to develop unique content that engages your desired audiences with a message that resonates. The purpose of our art is to influence and increase your bottom line through relationship building.

OUR TEAM
Cinegate Media is mainly composed of lead producer’s Robert Perez and Juan Santos. Depending on the size and scope of your project, we may include additional crew members.

COMMUNICATION
Our communication style is very direct and detailed. Because visual and audio material can be open to interpretation, detailed language is essential to establishing the parameters of the scope of work and the finished product. We will require detailed feedback in order to establish clarity on concepts and visual/audio aesthetic.

OUR PROCESS
We begin by exploring your content's criteria, desired vision, and budgetary parameters to develop a suitable written agreement. This agreement will outline the scope of work, budgetary expectations, and deliverables. Once signed, pre-production will begin immediately.

Pre-Production: A plan of action including any number of scripts, outlines and storyboards (if applicable) along with production dates will be drafted for review & approval. Having a plan is essential for success. We boil things down to establish a solid schedule for shooting and editing.

Production: Shooting will commence on the established day, time & location(s). The crew will arrive on set and begin setting up for the first shot. Crew members and setup times can range from project to project and are based on the scope of the project. Shooting will likely require multiple lighting setups and camera angles throughout the day. We work hard to maintain the balance between getting our established shots and exploring other creative options. Safety on set is always a top priority.

*Alternatively, your project may not require shooting and rely solely on post-production for creation.

Post-Production: This is where we bring all the elements together to create you content. Revisions are expected. This process is an evolution and will require analysis and feedback in order to revise and refine the feel, look and flow of your content. We will help guide you through this process to help eliminate wasted time and long emails. Typically, video conferencing is the fastest way to discuss and work through the editing process.
