What inspired you to start your own business?
I chose to work in this industry because there was a need for a solution to the declining level of industry support due to outsourcing in tech starting in the early 2000s. We initially started as a home-based business and in 2005, we moved to our first commercial office.

Simply put, we provide quality technical support to residential clients at a competitive price. Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, many services can be provided remotely BUT many services CANNOT. There is often some confusion about just what can be done over a phone or computer.
CAN:
-You need help navigating something on your computer
-You need us to look at a suspicious message or e-mail you received
-You need us to cleanup your computer and make it perform faster
-You need us to update your computer and make sure all security patches and drivers are installed
-You need us to install new backup or antivirus software
-You need help setting up or migrating your e-mail
-You have general questions or need us to give you training
CANNOT:
If your device does not power on at all, of course we cannot help you remotely. If the screen is broken and you cannot see what it says, we cannot help you remotely. If your computer is randomly shutting off, making specific noises we'd have to be there to hear, or having trouble connecting to the internet/network, we cannot help you remotely.
