Shirley Henderson is absolutely AMAZING. With her years of experience, she is quick to help you learn more about yourself! Every session you leave with a goal, plan, focus or tools to start healing and stop the cycle you have created or allowed. She is pure beauty, inside and out. She is well known in the Treasure Valley for her strong approach, not dragging out therapy longer then you need or want, respecting your wishes and she has also started many support groups and various addiction therapy modalities. Personally, she has helped me through a divorce and various life curve balls that tried to rock my world. Shirley has poise that is far beyond respectable.
