The warmth emanating from Chef Unika Noiel’s smile could bake a batch of infused sugar cookies. The Seattle-based Noiel, who has been featured on Viceland’s Bong Appetite and went viral from her BuzzFeed “Stoner Soul Food” recipe, has gained a reputation for her standout cooking for two important reasons: her food nourishes the body and warms the spirit.

Collard Greens with Smoked Turkey, Cornbread, Honey Butter and Red Pepper Jam
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
It all in the details, and understanding your expectations. The more information I have about what you or your guests like, need and/or want, the faster I can set to work at exceeding those expectations!
What do you love most about your job?
I love having the ability to help someone make the day special. Whether it's a home-cooked meal now and then, or a fancy, hearty meal for friends, I enjoy the entire process.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The desire to truly do what I love, without being limited to the confines of my "job description".
Why should our clients choose you?
Memorable food and unforgettable experiences are my calling card. If that sounds like something you're into, we should be friends!
