This is a virtual kitchen so the food is made to order. The food was so fresh. I ordered fried green tomatoes, lentil loaf and Cincinnati Vegetarian chilli. .. I was mad that I ate the Chilli so fast. More...

Absolutely delicious! I love lentils and the lentil loaf did not disappoint! The fried green tomatoes and curry cauliflower appetizers were so fresh.
I also had the veggie lasagna, winter soup, tomato bisque, and pot pie. Chef Tray is awesome!
My husband and I will definitely be ordering again.

Chef Tra's meals are freshly made with premium ingredients and superb seasonings. My recommendations are the Cincinnati Vegetarian Chili and Apple Dijon Kale Salad. The vegetarian chili is a surprisingly satisfying alternative to beef chili, and the spices are a perfect blend to tantalize the taste buds. A delight is the hearty Apple Dijon Kale Salad with Dijon Dressing. It is a crisp and flavorful salad of Kale, Granny Smith Apples, Walnuts, and Raisins/Currants, complemented by a tasty dressing. For those who enjoy fried fish, the whiting is meaty, juicy, and delicious. It comes with fries, hush puppies, and coleslaw at a reasonable price. What’s your signature dish?
My Lentil Loaf is the most popular dish, but I have several dishes that are just as popular such as my Vegan Jambalaya, my Cincinnati Vegan Chili, and my Fried Green Tomatoes.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The way I create the perfect menu for my clients is to listen first, take notes, confirm RSVP's, ask what are their favorite meals and what they would they like to offer the quests, then offer my suggestions and then negotiate a estimate and then a fair price.
What do you love most about your job?
Making my clients dreams come true though serving food that they enjoy and giving them the best experience they could ever have.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love to cook and make people happy by providing a service that they can tell all of their friends, family and word of mouth.
