What’s your signature dish?
If I had to choose, I would say my lasagna and my gumbo.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I consult with my clients gathering information on allergies, wants and desires, then create a custom menu to fit their needs.
What do you love most about your job?
I adore seeing my clients when their eating my food. They stop talking and just eat.! And that’s a sign of satisfaction for me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw how much people loved my food. And I always fed the people and churches in my neighborhood so I made a business of it.

Because Chef Tams food is simply a’Mayes’g! And once you taste it, you want more.

We inforced strict sanitation, contamination prevention, masks and gloves.
