Chef Shai was awesome. The chef I had boom for my family’s Vacation to Marco Island canceled 2 days before. I was desperate for help and I got a referral from my sister about this Chef in Miami. Chef Shai drove 2 hours to cook for me and my family for the weekend and she made these Crown Apple Glazed Short Ribs and the tasted incredible. My family absolutely loved her personality and food. Seasame Orange Glaze Salmon over a bed of Moscato Parmaean Risotto and Asparagus.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I take my time to listen to the clients wants and needs. 
What do you love most about your job?
I love the happiness I get to put on peoples faces from my food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My grandma used to take me with her to feed the homeless before she pass and it inspire me to cook.
