We had Chef Tony Faulkiner, owner of Chef on Demand, prepare a fantastic 5 course Farm to Fork dinner at our farm on August 11. Each course was creative and delicious. Tony is well organized and everything ran very smoothly. We felt completely confident that Tony had the food/menu well under control and didn't have to think about the food at all! We meet with each client and customize a menu to their specific wants and needs as well as the theme and type of event!
What do you love most about your job?
We are passionate about food & cuisine, we work with local farmers and growers to make sure only the highest quality ingredients go into each dish!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started chef On Demand to be able to showcase our versatility and variety in cooking and bring quality restaurant style food and service to the catering scene and off promise events!
