What’s your signature dish?
I enjoy every dish that I create, my training is in French and Mediterranean and my upbringing is Southern so anything that is a fusion is always a favorite for me.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I love to sit down with all new clients and discuss their interests and vision for the specially event they are planning.
What do you love most about your job?
All the new and interesting people that I get to meet and thoroughly love working with clients in preparing and executing menus for their special events.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been working for myself as a contract Chef to other professionals for years and have enjoyed the flexibility and opportunities to expand my knowledge.

No, I work in a kitchen and as a chef am very hands on. If a client has any questions or we are in the booking process then I can be reached by phone, email or social media.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of my staff are required to be up to date on vaccinations. If the client requires mask we are more than happy to oblige.
