Chef Mike came to our house for a pre-Thanksgiving feast for 9 adults and 2 kids and was terrific. His menu of what was prepared for us was just as delightful as his personality. I had the pleasure of chatting with him while he was cooking and it was a unique experience, for this was the first time I had ever had a chef cooking for me in the confines of my own  home. Chef Mike made the most delicious meal for my mother's birthday this past weekend. Â Not only was the food amazing, but so was his service and personality. Â He helped create a menu that matches the exact flavor profile and meal style that we wanted. Chef Michael cooked an amazing three course meal for my boyfriend and me for his birthday. Nothing less than perfection in everything Chef Micheal prepares. We were a demanding group of 20 for two different meals that included vegetarians, picky adults and kids plus dairy and meat restrictions and Chef Micheal exceeded every expectation we had. Chef Mike is by far the best chef I have ever incountered! I have been following him and his culinary features for many years. He never ceases to amaze myself and anyone that tries his food. I have had several events at my home and he has taken care of everything from shopping to prep to cleanup and I couldn't ask for more!!
