Meal Preping
I am open to learning and adapting to my client's tastes and needs. The quality of the food will always depend on the quality of the products, and when I speak of quality, I mean that it'll do you good. I cook with organic products, healthy oils, and ingredients that are as less processed as possible. I also avoid food waste whenever possible.
In my daily sessions preparing food with your ingredients, days before you must stock your food pantry with meats, fish, grains, fruits, and vegetables.
I usually prepare (for 2 pp) Example:
2 types of soups
4 to 5 proteins with sides:
salads and dressings
Carbs (if your preference)
Desserts: Mini jars with fruits, chia pudding, power balls, etc.
1 Meal Prep Session (Using your ingredients) 6 hours
enough food for 5 days.
Multi Course Dinner
I create a multi-course dinner of your preference, Italian, American, Mediterranean and more.
